The General Secretary (Zahid Bin Sadiq) DHA Al Khidmat Group of Estate agents has Suggest to the Government Policy Makers that it is need to restoration of the real estate business as well as other businesses. It is very important to give special facilities and incentives to the overseas Pakistanis and exempt them from the different types of taxes to restore the national economy. It is a need of time to form the regulatory authority regarding real estate business.
There Should be exemption in gain tax, Advance tax, Withholding tax and it Should be exempted for at least two years from FBR. Also the gain tax of 8 years condition and heavy tax slab should be remitted.
As concern DC and FBR rates should be reduce up to 25% to 40%,
Senior realtors should must be the part of advisory board of Business watch cell,
Inshallah this suggestion will be more helpful to restore the real estate business, Million jobless People will take advantage and it also increase the volume of transaction will provide more increase in national revenue.
